"I had been considering taking up yoga and Pilates classes for some time but was never sure which type was the suitable one for me, then Marie-Louise's "yoga-core" grabbed my attention because of the special accent on strengthening the core and the particular attention to meditation throughout the classes.
Being a complete beginner, I was a little concerned about the physical side of it but Marie-Louise's gentle approach, enabling the participants to follow their pace and her flexibility in choosing the level of difficulty suitable for the specific group of people present at any of the classes, proved very reassuring.
