T&Cs

1. Beautiful Warrior is all about health and wellness through mindful movement.  Please play your part by disclosing any relevant conditions and developments to the instructor and during the session, by paying careful attention to your body and exercising safely and responsibly - pain is never a good sign!   

2. Grippy full-toed yoga socks are a requirement for all Pilates Reformer and Equipment sessions.  You can purchase them here or bring your own.

3. Cancellation Policy:

24 hours notice must be given for cancellations otherwise, you will still be charged.

4. Confidentiality Policy:

Your email address and other personal details will only be used for updates from Beautiful Warrior and will never be shared with third parties.  Contact us to unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

5.Fitness to Exercise:

New clients will be asked to sign a health & fitness declaration to confirm they have medical clearance to exercise:

6. Lateness to Class:

Classes and sessions will start at the scheduled time.  To minimise disruption to other students and the risk of injury from missing the opening warm up, if you arrive more than ten minutes late for the start of your class, you may be refused admission (without refund).

7A. Block Passes for Duets and One to Ones

Are non-transferrable, have the following expiry dates and cannot be extended:

Blocks of 5 sessions expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

Blocks of 10 sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Blocks of 20 sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

7B. Block Passes for Duets and One to Ones - Reserved Session Time

If a regular session time for 5 block and 10 block holders is agreed, this time will be held solely for the block holder for 2 and 4 months respectively; thereafter, it will be released for general use and individual meeting times will be negotiated on a session by session basis.

8A.  Session Booking - Online Booking in Advance

Sessions held at Oaklands House must be booked online in advance.   (This is avoid too many students turning up for the limited number of spots available.  Saturday morning yoga at the Hub can also be attended on a drop in/pay cash basis).  Please see also 8C on Booking via Email for Block Passes.

8B.  Session Booking - Closure of Booking

Online booking closes 1 hour before session start time.   (Note: yoga-core at the Hub can still be dropped into even if online booking has closed.)

8C. Session Booking  - Blocks of Class Passes - Booking via Email 

Sadly, Booking Manager is not set up for the use of blocks of class passes!   So if you have purchased a block and wish to book a session, rather than using Booking Manager, please email me with the session date and the number of people you wish to book in - I will then book you in, adjust your total of unused passes and send you a confirmation email.

9. Feedback and Complaints:

Suggestions, comments and feedback around improving the service you receive are welcome.  Beautiful Warrior aims to deliver a high standard of instruction and personal training.  If you feel we have fallen short, please do contact me in writing.   All feedback will be taken seriously and receive a written response.

10. Loyalty Card

Free class to be of the same type as the completed loyalty card and to be taken within one month of 10th class.

11. New Client Offers

Clients can purchase a maximum of one of each offer.   Offers will be held until until 30/4/18 and all sessions must be completed within 3 months of purchase.
